We will collect information such as your name, title, email address, affiliation, country of residence, and dietary requirements to register for this event.

As an event that benefits from sharing, we will also be taking photographs and video recordings. You will be asked at registration if you consent to the use of this.

Disclosure of Your Information

The information we collect are for the purposes of being informed of our attendees. This helps us know you, network with you, as well as plan our event accordingly.

As a participant of REC you will find yourself in a setting with a strong sense of community. We see a growth in this community every year with recurring attendees and we aspire to encourage this further by keeping our attendees in the loop of future events. If you allow us, we will forward your details to future organizers who will keep you informed of future REC conferences. We could also inform you of relevant events we hold at the Institute of Risk and Uncertainty.

We intend to publish a list of attendees as well as a gallery of photographs on our website as a way of sharing with you, other fellow attendees, sponsors, prospective future attendees and general public memories from this event. If you allow us, we will include your information as well.

You will be asked at registration if you consent to us using your information for sharing and publicity.
